SUNDAY

WHAT GOD IS DOING HERE
WAS NEVER MEANT FOR
JUST HERE.

One challenge. Three ways to live it out. Put what God has entrusted to us to work through church planting, local church investment, and Foundation Kids.

PUT WHAT WE’VE
BEEN GIVEN TO WORK.

Jesus’ story of the entrusted gold brought us back to one question: what are we doing with what we’ve been given? The faithful servants put it to work. Fear led the other servant to bury it.

As individuals and as a church, we want to invest our people, resources, and opportunities beyond ourselves.

INVESTING BEYOND NEWNAN

CHURCH PLANTING

A sending church from the start.

Before Foundation was four months old, we committed $25,000 to help City Church launch in Griffin. That outward investment has continued through partnerships with church plants across the country.

It goes beyond money. Foundation has shared kids ministry handbooks, safety procedures, and volunteer resources with over half the church planters on our map.

AN UPDATE FROM BLACKSBURG, VIRGINIA

POLLARD FAMILY

Adam and Shelly are serving in a church-planting residency with Blacksburg Church as they prepare for their own planting journey. Foundation is supporting their family through this season.

In a video update, Adam shared how a conversation outside a coffee shop grew into ongoing conversations about faith—and someone reading the Bible for the first time.

What’s next: the residency ends in January 2027, followed by Discovery here at Foundation.

HOSTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF PLANTERS

DISCOVERY AT FOUNDATION

February 9–11, 2027

We’ll host Stadia’s church-planting assessment, including Adam and Shelly. Sunday’s announcement also shared that this will be Stadia’s first bilingual Discovery, with English- and Spanish-speaking teams.

SHARING WHAT WE HAVE

LOCAL CHURCH INVESTMENT

Local church connections shared on Vision Sunday.

What we’re learning is ours to share.

Over the next year, Foundation is investing time, space, and staff in churches close to home. The aim is to help more congregations reach people who are disconnected from Jesus.

THE FIRST STEP IS ALREADY TAKEN.

A Lead Pastors Lunch & Learn brought local pastors together for a meal and teaching. The next steps extend that investment to their teams.

October 21, 2026 · 9 AM–3 PMLocal church staff teams gather at Foundation to align around Jesus’ mission.
June 2027 · Three-day trainingChurches can send the staff members who will champion this work in their own congregations.

INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION

FOUNDATION KIDS

200+KIDS EVERY WEEK

The children growing up here can carry their faith into churches and communities wherever life takes them.

INVESTING IN PEOPLE.
NOW MAKING ROOM.

Caroline Howard joined in August as our part-time Early Childhood Director, adding focused leadership alongside Robin, Ashley, and the volunteer team.

The next pressing need is space. Today, nursery through Pre-K shares three dedicated spaces, and every family uses the same central pickup hallway.

ROOM FOR EACH STAGE

A nursery, a separate Walkers room, a 2 Year Old Room, and three Pre-K rooms.

A NEW PICKUP ROUTE

An early childhood hallway separates that pickup traffic from elementary. Both sides connect to the main hallway.

A SENSORY ROOM

A space equipped for children with special needs to use when the environment becomes overwhelming.

THE PRACTICAL PLAN

A PRACTICAL
PATH FORWARD.

Scheduled start · October 19, 2026

When does work begin?

Work is scheduled to begin Monday, October 19, 2026, using the funds already given. Work will proceed as funding allows. The aim is to finish before the end of 2026 if the remaining funds are received.

What does the project include?

The new early childhood layout, hallway, and sensory room, plus new carpet and lighting in both the elementary and early childhood areas. The focus is safe, functional space for kids to learn and grow.

What happens during construction?

Temporary kids spaces using the portable panels from Foundation’s early days will help ministry continue as the work progresses.

How do pledges help?

Letting us know what you expect to give before the end of the year—and when—helps us plan the work around available funds. Use the pledge form or find the Early Childhood Remodel pledge link on the Church Center home screen.

LET’S MAKE ROOM

A HEAD START.
A SHARED NEXT STEP.

The invitation from Vision Sunday: help reach the full project goal by giving before the end of 2026. Your pledge helps us plan the next steps and put those commitments to work.

THE INVITATION IS PERSONAL

WHAT GOD IS DOING IN YOU
WAS NEVER MEANT FOR
JUST YOU.

The question from Sunday follows us into the week: what will we do with what we’ve been given?

  1. Remember your One.Who is close to you but far from God? Pray for them and make room for a relationship.
  2. Put a gift to work.Where could your time, skills, or influence serve someone beyond yourself?
  3. Take a next step.Choose a step of service or generosity. Invest what God has entrusted to you.
